Service work falls into two families. The first is corrective repair, where a specific machine has failed and needs to be brought back to full working order. The second is preventive maintenance, where we inspect and service a whole estate on a schedule so that fewer machines fail in the first place. Most of our customers run both: reactive repair for the incidents that happen anyway, and a maintenance plan that shrinks their number over time.
SRV-07
Display and hinge assemblies
Cracked panels, dead backlights, discolored image, pressure marks, and hinges that no longer hold their angle. We replace the assembly as a unit where that is the durable answer and rebuild where a component swap is genuinely sound.
SRV-08
Batteries, charging, and power
Devices that will not hold a charge, shut down under load, or refuse to wake are tested on the power path. We measure capacity, check for swelling, and replace cells with parts matched to the machine.
SRV-09
Keyboards and input surfaces
Dead keys, sticky membranes, worn keycaps, and failing trackpads are addressed as complete assemblies. A keyboard that only half works is a keyboard that costs a team time every single day.
SRV-10
Ports, connectors, and cabling
Loose charging sockets, worn USB ports, intermittent display outputs, and damaged internal cabling are repaired or replaced so that docking and peripherals behave predictably.
SRV-11
Logic-board level diagnostics
When a fault is not a replaceable module, our bench traces it to the component. This is deliberate, careful work that can extend the life of a costly machine by years.
SRV-12
Liquid damage treatment
Spills and condensation cause corrosion that spreads if it is left alone. We clean, treat, and reassemble in stages, testing at each step and reporting honestly on the odds.
A maintenance visit is a scheduled pass over a set of machines. We clean internal airflow paths, check battery health and report the numbers, test hinges and ports, inspect for early signs of swelling or corrosion, tighten what has worked loose, and confirm that each unit still meets the standard your teams rely on. You receive a per-asset report and a short list of recommended actions ranked by urgency.
SRV-13
Fleet inspection passes
Scheduled inspection of every managed laptop, with health readings, fault findings, and a prioritized action list delivered as one report.
SRV-14
On-site service days
A scheduled day at your premises where our engineers work through a queue of machines, often returning most of them the same day.
