On-site route
Engineers attend your premises on a scheduled visit. Best for locations with several machines to handle together, and for sites where devices cannot easily leave the building.
Your laptops are not all in one place, and your service should not fall apart at the city boundary. We run a national model that combines scheduled on-site visits with a central bench for work that needs deeper attention.
Coverage is not a map with a line drawn on it; it is a commitment about how quickly a machine can be brought back into service wherever a customer happens to operate. We describe it in terms of routes rather than promises about cities, because the route is what determines the turnaround and the cost.

Machines travel to our central bench for board-level and complex work. Best when the fault needs equipment and conditions that no visit can reasonably carry.
An organization with offices in several states gets one agreement and one account manager, not a chain of local arrangements. Sites are listed in the agreement, each with its own coordinator, access notes, and preferred service window. When a batch of work needs attention we schedule visits around the sites that make sense, and route everything else through the depot to keep costs sensible.
For organizations concentrated in a metropolitan area, scheduled visits are usually quick to arrange. For sites further apart, we plan visits in rounds, grouping locations into a practical circuit so that a single trip serves several offices. Where a machine cannot wait for the next round, the depot route keeps it moving, and the account manager decides with you which path gets the machine back fastest.
Timing for a visit also depends on what is being done. A round of inspections and battery readings moves through a site quickly, while a day of hinge and display work takes longer per machine. We give you a realistic plan before the visit so that neither side is surprised by how much can be completed, and anything left over is scheduled rather than squeezed in at the expense of quality.
If you are evaluating us before onboarding, tell us your site list and the number of machines at each. That is enough for us to describe how the two routes would apply to your estate and to be specific about the windows we can hold, rather than offering a blanket assurance that means little in practice.
