• Service information relating to the devices we handle, including asset tags, model details, reported symptoms, work performed, and the custody records that accompany each machine.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to business enquiries, prepare quotations, schedule and perform service work, maintain custody and service records, raise invoices, and keep accurate accounts. Data retention

We keep business contact and commercial records for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy accounting, tax, and contractual requirements. Service and custody records are retained against the asset so that a question raised later can be answered from the record. Website preference data stored in your browser remains until you clear it in your browser settings.

If a business contact communicates with us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process their business contact details on the basis of legitimate interests and the performance of a contract, or where applicable on the basis of consent. Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including restricting access to staff who need it to perform their work. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take our responsibilities seriously and review our practice as the business grows.
