Pricing shaped by volume, not counters
We quote per organization, because the right price depends on how many machines you manage, how you want them serviced, and the shape of your estate. What follows is how our pricing is structured, together with a request form to start a conversation.
Business accounts only. We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 5 or more managed laptops.
You will not find a public per-job list here, and that is deliberate. A price that assumes a single machine collected from a street address tells an organization almost nothing about what a consolidated fleet agreement should cost. Our quotes are built from your estate, your sites, and the service level you need held.
What shapes a quote
Service route
On-site visits, depot work, or a blend of the two. Each route has a different cost profile, and the mix usually matters more than the total count.
Service level
The turnaround you need held, and whether priority handling is required for a subset of critical seats.
What a quotation includes
- A rate structure for each category of work, expressed so your finance team can budget against it.
- Service level commitments and the measurement basis behind them.
- Terms for on-site visits, depot consignments, or both, depending on the routes your estate uses.
- Purchase order handling, net-30 payment terms, and the invoice format your organization prefers.
- Anything we would exclude, written plainly so there are no assumptions on either side.
