Engineers at your premises, on a schedule you set

For many organizations the fastest route is not a shipment; it is a booked visit. Our engineers come to your offices, work through a queue of machines at a bench we bring with us, and hand most of them back before the day is out.

Business accounts only. We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 5 or more managed laptops.

On-site service suits sites where machines cannot conveniently leave the building: secure research floors, trading-adjacent teams, clinical or regulated environments, and anywhere the chain-of-custody paperwork for removing an asset is more burdensome than fixing it in place. It also suits the simple case of a location with a backlog of small faults that nobody has had time to sort out.

How a visit is planned

We agree the date, the site, and an approximate count of machines. You send us a short list beforehand with asset tags and symptoms so the engineers arrive with the right parts and the right expectations. Waste is the enemy of a productive visit, and a little preparation on both sides removes most of it.

ONS-01

Single-day visit

One engineer, one site, a working day of repairs and inspections. Ideal for catching up on a backlog or handling a set of known faults together.

ONS-02

Multi-day deployment

Larger estates are handled with several engineers across consecutive days, with machines staged so that no team loses its equipment all at once.

ONS-03

Scheduled maintenance round

A recurring visit, monthly or quarterly, where we inspect and service the estate to a checklist and report per asset.

What comes back to you

Machines that cannot be completed on site travel back with us under a chain-of-custody record, and we tell you which ones and why before we leave. Nothing disappears into a van without a signature and a line in the log.

Practical requirements

We need a reasonably quiet room with a table, power, and light, plus a contact who can confirm the machine list and sign the return sheet. If a site has access restrictions, security screening, or particular hours, we build those into the plan rather than discovering them at the door.

Across a national footprint we work with a mix of directly employed engineers and vetted regional partners under our service standards. The account manager who owns your agreement also owns the quality of whichever engineer attends, and that accountability does not change with geography.

On-site is a business service. Visits are booked against an organization's service agreement on stated terms, not sold as one-off retail calls. This is what lets us commit to a schedule and hold it.
