Questions organizations ask before they start

These are the questions that come up most often when an IT lead or operations manager first talks to us. If yours is not here, our business desk will answer it directly.

Business accounts only. We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 5 or more managed laptops.

We have grouped the answers below in the order they usually arise: eligibility first, then how the work runs, then the commercial details. Reading the eligibility answers carefully will save time for both of us, because a handful of enquiries turn out to be for personal devices that fall outside what we do.

Do you repair personal laptops or devices owned by individuals?
No. We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations, and we do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Our intake, records, and invoicing are built around organizational accounts, which is what allows us to commit to turnaround and custody standards.
What is the smallest estate you will take on?
Five managed laptops. Below that, consolidating an estate into one agreement does not deliver enough benefit for either side, so we would rather say so plainly than accept work we cannot structure well.
Which laptop models do you service?
We focus on MacBook laptops used as business equipment. We work with a wide range of models and generations. If you are unsure whether a particular model is covered, tell us the details in your enquiry and we will confirm.
Are you affiliated with the manufacturer of your customers' laptops?
No. We are an independent service company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Apple Inc., and we do not present ourselves as such. MacBook is a trademark of Apple Inc., referenced only to identify the equipment we service.
How does turnaround actually work?
For on-site work the clock starts at the beginning of the visit. For depot work it starts when the machine is registered on our bench against your consignment. Standard windows run from three to five business days, with same-day service available for simple on-site work.
Can you work on company machines at our offices?
Yes. Scheduled on-site visits are a core part of what we offer, and they suit sites where devices cannot easily leave the building. We bring the necessary equipment and hand most machines back the same day.
What happens if a machine needs parts you do not hold?
We tell you as soon as we know, with a realistic date rather than an optimistic one, and we keep the machine located and documented while it waits. Your account manager owns that conversation from start to finish.
Do you handle board-level repairs?
Yes. Board-level diagnosis and repair sits at the heart of our bench work, and it is often what saves a machine that would otherwise be retired years before its time.
How is device security handled while machines are with you?
Every device is logged on intake, worked on only by assigned engineers, stored in a controlled area while waiting, and returned under a signed custody record. Where a customer requires a confidentiality agreement, we sign one as part of onboarding.
Can you service machines at several office locations?
Yes. A single agreement covers all your sites, each documented with its own coordinator and access notes. We plan on-site visits in rounds and route everything else through our central bench to keep costs sensible.
How do you invoice?
Business accounts are invoiced against a purchase order on net-30 terms. We can invoice per job or consolidate monthly, and we include per-asset references so your finance team can reconcile without a second report.
Do you offer a service agreement or just one-off repairs?
Both. Many customers start with a per-incident agreement and move to a pooled allowance or a managed maintenance plan once they see the pattern of work across their estate.
What is your policy if a repair does not hold?
If a repair we performed fails within the rework window, we put it right at no additional charge. Our refund and rework policy sets out the window and how service credits apply to business accounts.
How do we get started?
Send a short description of your estate through the business quote form, or call our business desk. We will respond with a scoped quotation, a suggested service level, and the terms that would govern the arrangement.
Do you serve organizations outside the United States?
Our service coverage is national within the United States. International business contacts are welcome to enquire, and our privacy policy explains how we handle details from outside the country.

Still unsure whether your organization fits? A single sentence about your estate is enough for us to tell you honestly whether we can help, and if we cannot, we will say so rather than waste your time.
