Display assemblies
Cracked glass, discolored panels, backlight failures, and hinge-related display faults repaired with matched components.
Mac Repair for Business is an independent service company that repairs and maintains business-owned MacBook laptops. We work with organizations that manage five or more laptops and need predictable turnaround, documented handling, and one accountable partner instead of a scattered bench of local shops.
A fleet of laptops is capital equipment, and it deserves to be treated that way. When a device fails inside a team, the cost is rarely the part itself; it is the idle seat, the delayed deadline, and the quiet erosion of trust in the equipment the company already paid for. Our work is organized around removing that friction. We take ownership of a device from the moment it leaves your office, keep you informed at defined checkpoints, and return it in a state your team can put straight back into service.
We handle the physical repair of the machine: display assemblies, batteries, keyboards, trackpads, ports, hinges, chassis, and logic-board level faults. We also run scheduled maintenance across a whole estate so that small problems are caught before they strand somebody. Everything we do is framed around the needs of an organization, which is why our intake starts with a purchase order, an asset tag, and a named contact rather than a counter sale.
Cracked glass, discolored panels, backlight failures, and hinge-related display faults repaired with matched components.
Capacity testing, swelling assessment, power-path diagnosis, and battery replacement for laptops that no longer hold a working day.
Sticky or dead keys, worn surfaces, and pointer assemblies replaced as complete units so feel and fitment stay consistent.
Charging ports, USB ports, and display outputs rebuilt at board level when a simple cable swap is not the answer.
Component-level diagnosis and repair for faults that would otherwise retire a device years before its time.
Controlled cleaning, corrosion treatment, and staged reassembly for machines exposed to spills or humidity.
Some customers want our engineers on their premises, where a room full of identical machines can be triaged in a morning and returned the same day. Others prefer to box up affected units and send them to our bench, where we can bring board-level equipment and a wider parts inventory to bear. Both routes are governed by the same service agreement, the same chain-of-custody paperwork, and the same turnaround commitments.
Either way, you get a named account manager, a monthly summary of the work performed, and a service history that sits with the asset rather than in somebody's memory. That record is what lets an IT lead answer the simple but awkward question from finance: is this fleet healthy, and what is it costing us to keep it that way?

Every device we touch is logged, tested, and returned with a plain-language summary of what was found and what was done. No jargon designed to obscure a straightforward repair, and no surprises later in the invoice. If a machine is beyond economical repair, we say so clearly and help you plan the replacement instead of quietly billing for work that will not hold.
